Delayed Settlements
We would like to inform you that due to a technical issue there will be a delay in receiving settlements for transactions made on 14th April 2025. Specifically, any transactions completed before 11.00 GMT on 14th April 2025 (yesterday) will be settled on 15th April 2025 (today). Any transactions completed after 11.00 GMT on 14th April 2025, will be settled on 16th April 2025. Please rest assured that our team is investigating the root cause to ensure this does not occur in the future. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
